Individual images at H&M Divided this autumn
There are fashion trends aplenty at H&M Divided this autumn. From folklore-inspired rustic to romantic ‘barococo’. To wear as a complete look or, like most of our creative and cool customers do, to mix and match according to your own personal style. The best thing about an individual image is that it always works, regardless of the occasion or surroundings. Personal is always right.
One of this season’s trends is the rustic look with layer on layer of heavy knitwear, long folklore-style skirts and tunics, heavy tweed or cargo trousers and parkas in rich autumn colours. The look is completed by dynamic combinations of patterns and prints along with accessories.
Street minimalism is the term for the simple, scaled-down look based on tailored styles and sportswear garments. Here we see new proportions and volumes with details like draping, wristlets, seams and piping in neutral grey, black and white.
And then there’s the ‘barococo’ party trend. This means hard rock style with historical influences, featuring sensual and glamorous drama for day or evening and incorporating corset styles, uniform coats and jackets, frills, flounces and lace. Plus lots of gaudy accessories to add sparkle and shine.
