H&M launches a kids’ t-shirt collection to support UNICEF

This April, H&M is launching a kids’ t-shirt collection featuring inspiring quotes about peace and love. Ten percent of the price of each t-shirt sold will be donated to UNICEF’s work with children in emergencies. The collection will be available in selected stores around the world and online at hm.com starting 12 April.

H &M continues its long-standing support for UNICEF with a new t-shirt collection for kids. Featuring quotes from Gandhi, Walt Whitman, Frida Kahlo and Astrid Lindgren that are intended to inspire positive thinking, the t-shirts are white, black or grey melange with a contrast crewneck and fold-up sleeves. The quotes are in playful fonts, some handwritten, and all the t-shirts are made from organic cotton.

“With this t-shirt collection, H&M is very proud to be partnering with UNICEF once again. The t-shirts feature quotes about peace and love – focusing on inspirational thoughts and uplifting words. We believe it’s important to think about the positive impact we all can have on each other," says Anna Gedda, Head of Sustainability at H&M.

“Humanitarian needs around the world have reached critical levels, with children most at risk. One in four children now live in a country affected by conflict or disaster. Before, during and after humanitarian crises, UNICEF is there to protect the lives and futures of the most vulnerable children. Thanks to the donation from this H&M collection we will be able to reach more of these children with lifesaving support,

says Gary Stahl, UNICEF Director of Private Fundraising and Partnerships.
