Looking For a Modelling Opportunity in Fashion?

Last week, our Advanced Analytics and AI function took part in the Data Innovation Summit in Stockholm. During the two-day event, a big crowd from H&M group was mingling with over 2,000 delegates, and listened to presentations and panels discussing topics covering the entire spectrum of data innovation.

One of the presentations was held by our Lead Data Scientist Errol Koolmeister, who in front of a full crowd spoke about AI driven retail and how H&M group is using AI across the whole value chain.

As the Advanced Analytics and AI function is growing and continuously recruiting new talents, we were pleased to see the great interest from all the people stopping by the H&M group’s booth. We also showcased Perfect Fit, an example of how avatar technology can enhance the experience by allowing customers to virtually try on clothes to see the fit of a garment.
