Organisation and management

H&M Group is a multi-brand, matrix organisation. It is made up of H&M (including H&M HOME, H&M Move and H&M Beauty) and the Portfolio Brands – COS, Weekday (including Cheap Monday and Monki), & Other Stories, ARKET and Singular Society. The group also includes New Growth & Ventures, which consists of our investment arm, H&M Group Ventures, including Creator Studio, Looper Textile Co., and Sellpy.

Executive Management Team

Our Executive Management Team is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and taking key decisions. The members work cross-functionally with their teams to drive results and track progress in line with our direction and long-term goals. The team is appointed by, and reports directly to the CEO. Currently, the executive management team is made up of six males and five females.

Other key roles reporting directly to the CEO or CFO include Chief Communications Officer, Head of Investor Relations, Head of Public Affairs, Head of Corporate Governance and Managing Director New Growth & Ventures. Key contact details available here.
