Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with the people impacted by the devastating earthquakes that have hit Türkiye and Syria.
Since Monday, our main priority has been the safety and health of our Turkish colleagues and their families.
We are working closely with our local teams to analyse the urgent needs. With that in mind, we are donating winter garments as a priority to earthquake victims. H&M Group has also donated 100,000 USD to the Turkish organization AFAD in response to the humanitarian needs in the impacted area.
Additionally, the non-profit H&M Foundation is donating 500,000 USD to the Red Cross/Red Crescent and Save the Children (250,000 USD each) and their relief efforts in the area. We stay committed to supporting the local communities.
