Brights and whites at H&M kids for spring
Fashion is made easy for kids this season with a collection of all their favourite pieces to mix and match. There is everything from romantic pieces to sport’s inspired classics. A bright and happy colour range complemented by soft pastels and fresh whites emphasize the optimistic feeling.
As in our grown up collection the look is kind of well dressed and coordinated. For kids we mix the romantic and classic styles with sport’s inspired pieces, denim, T-shirts and lots of fun accessories, says H&M’s head of design Ann Sofie Johansson.
For girls the focus is on feminine blouses with pin tucks, smocking or crocheted details, little cardigans, skirts with broidery, tank tops, frilly skirts and dresses, pointelle jersey tops and nostalgic Henley styles. White, bright coloured or washed and worn denim jeans, chinos and T-shirts are there to mix and match. And accessories include bright socks, ballerinas, jewellery, and sunglasses.
In the boys’ department there are favourite basics like cotton shirts, polo shirts, plain, striped or front print T-shirts, to wear with washed and worn look jeans, white jeans, chinos or shorts. The jeans jacket is a classic, and the super cool fake leather lumber is combined with jeans and T-shirt. Accessories are caps, sunglasses, scarves, canvas- or studded belts, fun socks, sneakers.
